Cube6

Terms of use

Last updated 7 October 2026

These terms govern the use of Cube6, a service operated by Two Sixteen (a sole proprietorship, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India) at https://www.cubesix.in. By signing in you accept them on behalf of the organisation whose work address you sign in with. If your organisation has a signed agreement with us, that agreement prevails where the two differ.

What Cube6 is

Cube6 takes an organisation's catalogue, prices and promotions and produces print-ready shelf price tags on the paper stock its stores hold: it routes each product to a tag design, composes the tag, and prints or downloads it. Each printed tag carries a barcode of the product's EAN and a QR code that redirects to the organisation's own product page through our domain.

Accounts and organisations

  • An account is opened with a work email address. The first account at an address domain founds that domain's organisation and holds the owner role.
  • Owners decide who else may join, which roles exist and what each role may do. Store-scoped roles act only at the stores they are assigned to.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in to yourself and for what is done under it. Tell your owner, or us, at once if you think it has been used by someone else.
  • An owner may remove any person, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Your data, and what you let us do with it

Everything an organisation imports or types — catalogue, prices, promotions, stores, people — stays the organisation's. You grant us only the right to store and process it to provide the service: to compose tags, print files and previews, to keep the records the service keeps, and to redirect shoppers who scan a tag. We do not use it for anything else and do not share it, except as our privacy policy says.

You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload — including product images, icons and feature pictograms — and that a promotion you set is one your organisation is entitled to offer.

Prices on shelves are yours

Cube6 prints the prices and promotions your organisation gives it, exactly as given, and shows you the tag before it is printed. The correctness of a price on a shelf, its compliance with the law where the store is — including the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules where they apply — and the decision to approve and print a batch are your organisation's. Preflight checks are a help, not a guarantee. We are not liable for a price printed wrong because it was supplied wrong, approved wrong, or left on a shelf after its promotion ended.

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use Cube6 to print tags for products or prices that are not your organisation's to sell, or that mislead shoppers;
  • try to read another organisation's data, or another store's where your role does not reach it;
  • probe, overload or interfere with the service, or use it to send unsolicited messages;
  • copy the tag designs or the software for use outside Cube6, except the printed tags themselves, which are yours to print and use.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Cube6 available at all times but do not promise it. We may change the service, add or retire tag designs, and change these terms; a change that matters is told to organisation owners by email before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page moves with it. Printed tags keep printing the design version they were approved against.

Fees

Fees, if any, are as agreed with your organisation in writing. Where nothing is agreed, the service is provided free during a pilot and either side may end it with notice.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of sales, reprinting costs, or any indirect loss arising from the use of Cube6, and our total liability to an organisation in any twelve months is limited to the fees it paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

An organisation may stop using Cube6 at any time and ask for its data to be removed. We may end the service to an organisation that breaks these terms, with notice where the breach can be put right. On ending, the organisation's data is removed as the privacy policy describes; QR codes on tags already printed stop redirecting once the organisation's data is removed.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go first to the two sides talking; failing that, to the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
